Jeff is an operational expert and a management executive with over 25 years of success. He has a host of contacts nationally and in Washington, DC and has provided numerous constituencies with both relentless execution and clear vision for strategic growth. He has tremendous experience with the tactical execution of initiatives and has made substantial impact on profit, morale, efficiency and operational implementation.

Decidedly effective as a leader, Jeff is highly adept at analysis, consensus building, and value detection. He is exceedingly adroit at development and cultivation of delicate and complex relationships. Jeff has close interactions with hundreds of senior industry executives, government officials, politicians and staff. He has a tremendous breadth of knowledge in the most advanced soft and hard technologies in the world, and his intellectual curiosity is unbounded.

He is very experienced with the most advanced unmanned technologies in the world having worked with Predators, Reapers, Gray Eagles, Shadows, Furies, Ravens, Wasps, and Bats since early 2005. He is an operational expert in the world’s most advanced air to surface radar systems, all aspects of electronic warfare, and the entire Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and PED spectrum of technologies and processes.

Jeff’s military career began as an AV-8B Harrier pilot & mission commander. He exhibits an enviable record both within his military occupational specialty and in other roles within high level Marine Corps and Joint staffs.

In his final active duty role as Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) Transition Director for the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Jeff acted as liaison and chief facilitator for collaboration between the U.S. Marines and DARPA. Jeff was also the Project Manager for the Wasp Micro Air Vehicle Project and the BigDog Quadruped Project.

His academic credentials include an MBA from The George Washington University (Honor Graduate), a Master of Military Studies from The Marine Corps University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. Jeff is a Leadership Coach trained at Georgetown University. He is presently a Doctoral Fellow in the Executive Leadership Program at George Washington University. He holds a current Top
Secret clearance.

Since retiring from the Marine Corps he has served as Director of Strategic Development for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, the Navy and Marine Corps Lead for the Engineering and Science Capability at Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Chief Operating Officer for ARTEMIS, Inc.

He is the recipient of the following awards in recognition of service to his country: A Bronze Star, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal and several Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

He is a 2007 recipient of the DARPA Sustained Excellence by a Government Agent Award.
